HOW WE DO IT

Real Estate has arguably generated the best historical risk-adjusted returns of any asset class over the long term and affords investors the opportunity to participate anywhere on the risk/return spectrum.

We aim to achieve above average returns through cap rate compression by aggregating a portfolio of
medical real estate assets. We purchase under-rented, poorly managed properties with tenant transition
at higher capitalization rates, implement stabilization strategies and then sell the property, properties or
portfolio at a significantly lower capitalization rate.

Deals acquired from Private Equity firms & REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts) that dispose of assets
which do not fit their portfolio mandate. This is due to the fact that it affects their compensation, not
because of the quality of the asset.

Medical assets that have been owned and managed by families where real estate isn’t their primary
business or core focus.
