Justin Latorre is the Chief Investment Officer at CoreGro and has over 20 years of
real estate and deal structuring experience. To date he has been involved in over
a billion dollars of real estate transactions.
Justin completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics
from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and thereafter set out on his real
estate journey. Over the years, he has proven himself to be a leader in the field of
alternative investments.
In addition to this, he has been an investor and advisor throughout his career and
provides invaluable advice to investors on the purchase and sale of commercial
real estate, raising private capital for discretionary investment, and debt
placement.
Justin’s passion for real estate and his relentless pursuit of knowledge and
experience have earned him a reputation as a prop-tech innovator. He has
used his expertise to evaluate over 7,000 commercial real estate investment
opportunities, gaining key insights into the various marketplaces. This experience
has given him the ability to create value in a unique and imaginative way.
