Esti Albo, MBA | CFP®,️ is the Chief Business Officer at CoreGro with 15 years
experience in heading and managing organizations across various sectors.
During her tenure as Head of Group Benefits with Octagon Financial she was
instrumental in negotiating the first union Pension fund for the national power
utility workers, consulting to listed companies, trade unions and employers
nurturing relationships and maintaining conviction during volatile markets.

Previously Director of Finance & Operations for JNY Capital, she successfully
led key real estate developments projects from initiation to completion,
directing large-sized budgets for multi-family housing and a 500,000 sf
passive house commercial development in New York City.

A natural educator and consultant for startups Esti is passionate about
education and empowering others with a growth mindset to scale up. Before
entering financial services Esti served as Director of community programming
for non-profit.

In 2011 Esti established The Hope Tour, an international dream-come-true trip
for children with cancer. A mom of four, Esti studied commercial real estate at
Cornell University, Ithaca NY and financial planning Law at the University of
Stellenbosch, SA.
